The Science Teachers of the Northern Territory would also like to thank the continued support of ASTA (Australian Science Teachers Association). ASTA recognises students who have excelled in their region's STEM competition. Students can progress to a higher-level National Competition the ASTA I³ Awards.
Entry to the I³ Awards is open to school students from Preschool to Year 12 who have demonstrated exceptional results in their state or territory STEM awards program, and is via nomination only through a state or territory Science Teachers Association (STA). Each STA may nominate up to seven projects across the senior and junior categories for consideration in the national competition.
